A few days ago, we showcased Vera Wang’s Resort 2009 collection and we praised for the clean cuts, prints, enchanting use of materials and the choice of cool earthly colours. Now at the other end of the spectrum is Ralph Lauren’s take on Resort – this huge blast of colours, mainly green, red and yellow. We are at a loss for words in describing them but Style.com has been very gracious by complimenting the collection as “unabashedly classic” and “that magically transform into dresses as you go from beach to lunch”. Riiigghhtt.

It’s not too bad actually. But better suited for Spring/Summer.
