Our trusted 12inch Powerbook G4 is slowly but surely giving up the ghost and we have been shortlisting the possible replacement. We know the reviews of the Macbook Air have been rather critical due its poor performance as a notebook/workstation. But who cares, the Air is just so extremely desirable and we want to get our hands on one. The only thing that is putting us off is the price. Yes yes, we know there is always a price (literally) to pay for fabulous looking things but if we do our sums right, we can actually afford 2 x notebooks for the cost of one Air. Here is what we are more likely to burn our $2000:

I heard the rumor is a month a go.
apple trying to clear all their current stock. i heard they will release at the end of sept.

That explains why the current batch of Macbooks are retailing at such a low price. Gosh, the dilemma then is to decide to buy it now or wait till September for the new model.

but my opinion is, if their upcoming model will going to release soon, r u going to spent the money to buy the old model?
for me i prefer wait n save a little money to do some upgrade hw or maybe to do engravin to make different with other.
